Privacy Notice
Pre-launch notice: this describes the website implementation. The business owner must confirm the responsible legal entity, privacy contact, processors and retention arrangements, and complete legal review before formal launch.
Information you choose to share
The Systems Audit form asks for your name, work email, company, company URL and primary bottleneck. You may also share your tools, team size, desired timeframe and what you want to improve. We use this context to assess and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential information about other people.
How an inquiry is handled
The form sends your details to a server endpoint that validates the request. When delivery is configured, the server forwards an accepted inquiry to the studio’s designated service through a secured webhook. The website application does not maintain its own lead database. The receiving service and the people responding to the inquiry may retain the information.
The form asks for agreement to use your details for the inquiry. Submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing. An unsuccessful submission remains in the open form so you can retry; form details are not written to cookies or browser storage.
Hosting and abuse prevention
The deployment is designed for Vercel hosting. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, requested path, browser information and request timing for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Application code does not log the contents of your inquiry.
If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the form, it processes technical browser and network signals to help prevent abuse. Its verification script is loaded on the audit page. The token is verified by the server and is not forwarded with your inquiry. You can read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its handling of that data.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install marketing cookies, tracking pixels or an analytics provider by default. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from Google by your browser. The code provides local interaction events for future analytics, but those events contain no form values and are not sent to an analytics service.
Access, retention and your choices
There is no automated retention or deletion schedule in this website application. The business owner must establish one for the receiving service and hosting logs before launch. Access should be limited to the people and providers who need it to handle the inquiry or operate the website. Processor locations may differ from your location; applicable transfer arrangements require business review.
You may ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or ask that your inquiry not be pursued further. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and relevant law. A direct privacy contact is pending business configuration. Before submitting personal information, wait until this notice identifies that contact.
Changes to this notice
The notice should be updated when collection, integration services or retention practices change. The date above identifies this implementation’s notice. Additional terms for an agreed engagement will be provided separately.
